3. TransHub AI
TransHub AI processes questions locally in the browser to provide general website information. Version one does not permanently store chatbot conversations, and the conversation may reset when the page is refreshed or closed.
Do not enter passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers or other sensitive personal information in the chatbot.
4. How information is used
- respond to enquiries and maintain relevant business communication;
- review transport requirements and prepare a service proposal;
- coordinate a requested service after it is separately confirmed;
- prevent spam, misuse and technical disruption; and
